Free AI and Team Audit

20+ hours a week we are finding are recoverable

It is all in your head, and that is why you have no time.

Ninety minutes with Sarah and a written report on where your hours actually go, what could come off your plate, and who should be leading the change. Free, and yours to keep either way.

"Everything is in my head and I have no time to get it out."

This is the sentence we hear most. It is where the audit starts.

"Two people are keen. The other eight are not."

Normal. That is a leadership job, not a software job.

"Nobody has ever told us what funding we could get."

We hear this from almost every owner we sit down with.

What happens after the audit

Two people, two different jobs.

The audit usually finds the same thing: somebody needs to lead the change and somebody else needs to build it. The AI Leadership Programme is for the first person. The AI & Automation Practitioner, which is funded, is for the second. Training one and not the other is why this normally stalls.

How the two fit together
Sound familiar

Most owners call us in the same week something makes them feel behind.

01

A competitor announced something with AI in it and you felt slow.

02

You have paid for tools that nobody in the building opens.

03

Half your team is already using ChatGPT and there is no policy anywhere.

04

Everything still runs through you, and AI was supposed to be the thing that fixed that.

None of that is an AI problem. It is a people and process problem, and that is exactly what the audit looks at.

What actually changes

Train. nurture. Build. Always in that order.

Most owners want the third one. You do not get it without the first two, which is why so much training money gets wasted.

Train

Teach them to do the job properly

AI and automation, marketing, assessing and mentoring, and the technical skills the business actually runs on. Done properly, with outcomes you can see.

nurture

Grow the people who run it

Leadership, management, CPD and the ongoing development that makes good people stay instead of leaving for someone who invests in them.

Build

Turn it into a business

Better systems, better margins and a business that keeps working when you are not in the room. This is the part owners actually wanted all along.

What it looks like afterwards

Three businesses, and what changed.

No names, because we would rather show you the shape of it than put a client on a poster. Ask on the call and we will talk you through any of them properly.

£250,000

A contract they kept, because they could prove their team was qualified when the client asked.

Beauty and aesthetics business, Essex
In house

Stopped buying training in and started delivering it themselves. Ended the year with more qualified staff than they started with, and the money stayed in the business.

Care provider, South East
Ops Manager

Someone working remotely who nobody had really invested in. Now runs the operation.

Service business

Taken from our own client records. Ask us about any of them on the call and we will talk you through what actually happened.

Straight from the people we work with

We sat a group of founders down and asked what they actually wanted from AI.

Nobody asked for a course. This is what came back, and it is why the audit exists.

"What we want is an independent AI broker with a human touch."

Owner, seven figure service business

"Everyone is selling us AI. Nobody has asked what our business actually does first."

Owner, professional services

"Two of my team are keen. The other eight are not."

Managing director, 40 staff

"Not one of us knew what funding we could actually access."

The bit everyone gets wrong

Most owners assume funding is not for them.

It usually is. It is not a grant application, it is not a mountain of paperwork, and it is not only for big employers. One conversation and we will tell you straight whether you qualify and roughly what it is worth.

The FREE AI and Team Audit

We look at how the business really runs, where AI would help, who should lead it and who should build it, and what skills are missing. You keep the findings whether you work with us afterwards or not.

Meet the team

You will actually speak to these people.

Not a call centre and not a form that goes nowhere. When you ring, one of these people answers.

Courses for individuals

Here to train or retrain yourself?

Hairdressing, beauty, nails, and the teaching and assessing awards if you want to train other people. Most of our courses are government funded, so for a lot of people there is nothing to pay. Same tutors, same standards, and someone answers the phone when it gets hard.

A few quick questions, then one of us rings you. You will know within a day or two whether any of this is worth your time.
